Blackpool Conference to consider PSI Re-use issues in the context of the Environmental Information regulations
Blackpool: 26 – 28 January 2010
The Local Land Charges Annual Conference and Exhibition 2010 will take place in Blackpool, UK from the 26th to 28th January 2010. Wednesday 27th January 2010 - Day 2 of the conference opens with a presentation from the Local Government Association (LGA) Corporate Legal Advise titled Provision, Access & Reuse of Property Information Held By Local Authorities that the Conference Programme states will cover:
“With the recent changes that have brought about the opening up of access to authoritative data, just what is the true legal position we find ourselves in? This main session aims to guide and enlighten delegates on the provision of information and the impact that the Environmental Information Regulations and the Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations may have on service delivery. We may not be able to provide all the answers, but at least we can point you in the right direction.”
The Conference announcement states:
